Our Story
FlyHugz® started with one stubborn problem. John flew constantly, red-eyes, layovers, back to back trips, and every U-shaped pillow did the same thing: the second he drifted off, his head flopped forward and he'd jolt awake with an aching neck.
So he sketched a different idea. Not an open ‘U’ that lets your head fall, but a full 360° wrap that gently locks it upright. Dozens of prototypes later, FlyHugz® was born. Chelsey shaped its look, feel and finish, right down to the Leopard Edition, and together they've helped over 1,000,000 travelers finally arrive refreshed.

What sets FlyHugz® apart from the competition?
Discover why travelers choose the FlyHugz® travel pillow over ordinary U-shaped pillows.
U-shaped pillows leave your head free to flop forward — that's what wakes you up sore. FlyHugz® wraps 360° around your neck and gently locks your head upright, so you stay asleep and land pain-free.
Yes — the adjustable Velcro 2.0 strap lets you dial the wrap tighter or looser, so one size fits all neck sizes and sleeping positions.
That's exactly what it's built for. The wrap holds your head in place even sitting fully upright in a middle seat — no head-bobbing, no leaning on strangers.
Not at all — it rolls into its free travel bag and clips onto your backpack or suitcase, taking up less space than a hoodie.
Free shipping worldwide. Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days — same-day if you order before 11am PST — and typically arrive in 7–14 business days with real-time tracking. Priority processing + insured shipping is available at checkout for faster handling.
You're covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee — try it on your next trip, and if you're not in love with it, contact support for a full, hassle-free refund.
The soft outer cover unzips and machine-washes, and the memory-foam core wipes clean — it stays fresh trip after trip.
Yes — the cover is hypoallergenic breathable cotton, gentle on skin and cool against your neck for hours. Want a different feel or look? You can also get Luxury Pillow Covers in different fabrics and swap them anytime.
Absolutely — travelers use FlyHugz® on road trips, trains, buses, office naps and even reading on the couch. Anywhere you'd like your head held comfortably.
It's our most popular choice — you save $10 instantly, and you get one for your travel partner (or a spare for every trip bag). Most travelers say they wish they'd bought two from the start.
